      • All indicated prices are in Singapore dollars. We reserve the right to make adjustments to any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance.

        We put our best effort to provide you with full and correct details of the product, descriptions, and prices, but errors may be found. If we found any error in the prices of products, we will inform you as soon as possible and let you make your own decision as to whether you confirm your purchase order at the correct price or cancel your purchase order.

    • Online / Offline Payment Option
      • To provide you with a pleasant and safe experience with us, we ensure that our payment options are easy and trusted methods.

        Payments - PaypalPaypal is one of the most used online payment providers which accepts major credit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover Card, or use your Paypal balance.

         

        We accept local bank transfers (IBanking / PayNow) within Singapore. Please contact us for more information about this payment option. All bank fees charged by the bank will be paid by the payee.

  • Shipping & Delivery
    • Order Process & Lead Time
      • We ship available items that are in stock within 2 - 3 business days. If the product that you had ordered requires additional processing or lead time before delivery, you will be contacted & notified.

    • Local SG Delivery
      • Free delivery within Singapore Island only(Excluding CBD, Tuas/Jurong Island, Sentosa, Changi Cargo) for items purchased above SGD $500.00 in a single receipt.

        If you require delivery service when your order is under $500.00, a delivery charge of SGD $40.00 applies.

    • International Shipping
      • Case-Data provides international delivery to all around the world through our logistic partner with reduced shipping cost savings from our main office in Singapore.

        You will be advised on the shipping cost upon check out.

        Customs duties and fees are not included in the shipping rates and fees reflected at checkout. An estimate is shown based on the details of the order and shipping address that may be required to be paid by the recipient of the order.

        Extra fees may be incurred for additional services requested.

  • Return & Exchange
    • Policy for Standard Stock Products
      • Return or exchange of standard stock products may be limited to a case-by-case basis. The products will only be accepted in new condition (with their original trademark, manual, and accessories that were included).

        In the event that you receive a defective product, we will organize an exchange for you, subject to availability, if we receive your return to our office within 7 business days upon receipt of the product. This does not confer the right to a full refund but to a fair replacement to an equivalent as soon as reasonably practicable. Under no circumstances shall CASE-DATA (S) PTE LTD be made liable for more than the amount paid to us by you, but only to a fair resolution.

        You will be responsible for the shipping and customs duty costs incurred. Please contact our sales department for more information.    

    • Policy for Custom Non-stock Products
      • Return or exchange of custom non-stock products may be limited to a case-by-case basis. The products will only be accepted in new condition (with their original trademark, manual, and accessories that were included).

        In the event that you receive a defective product, we will organize an exchange for you, subject to availability, if we receive your return to our office within 7 business days upon receipt of the product.         We do not provide warranty and/or maintenance of certain custom non-stock and consumable products.

    • Policy for Incorrect Products
      • For return or exchange of incorrect products received &, etc, the case will be reviewed with the required information to support the return or exchange of the product(s). The product will only be accepted in new (with their original trademark, manual, and accessories that were included) within 7 business days upon receipt of the products. 

        Please contact our sales department within 7 business days upon receipt of the product(s). Certain information will be required & requested for verification:

        - Photo of the box/parcel

        - Photo of the product packaging

        - Photo(s) of the product(s) in question
